We will respond to any such communication within one business day and aim to resolve any such issues raised within three business days where such resolution is entirely within our remit.

You may report abuse of a .uk (or other gTLD domain operated by Nominet) sub-domain to helpdesk@sphereit.net

Complaints

While Sphere IT strive to deliver an impeccable standard of services for our clients, we appreciate sometimes problems can occur. If you have a complaint or are not satisfied with the service provided, we would like to know about it. We will investigate and aim to resolve the matter as soon as possible as well as provide an explanation as to why the issue had occurred.

When we receive your complaint, we will acknowledge it within (three or five) working days

We will then fully investigate your complaint and aim to respond within 10 working days

If the situation requires a longer investigation, we will contact you within 10 working days to inform you of this and let you know when you can expect our response
